Neumann's Bistro & Weinbar - Hamburg

I was there with customers to dinner. we had 3 chips 6 beer and 2 glasses wibe for 104,50 euro. it is worth it anyway. the service is perfect. personal, polite and efficient. eating is excellent. can not find an acid note. recommended

I was there with my friend and we had a nice dinner. the service had a few mängel, and that pulls them down from 5 to 4 stars. we didn't sit down and stood just unhappy in the restaurant. assumed, a waiter would come when we sat, nothing happened. then I got up and got myself 2 menus and addressed directly a waiter who told him we were sitting there and got our menu cards. then we waited 15 minutes (total) 25 minutes. you're gonna sit there long when nothing's going on. we had filthy and elsse flammkuchen, my friend was carving. all 3 dishes were very good and tasted well. the flame cake could last 2 minutes longer, but this is my opinion, it was still very nice. the white burgundy was very beautiful. we also decided for 2 desserts. once again, I feel that waiting for something too much. on the map stood 15 minutes for my chocolate fountain. we waited 25 minutes. all in all, we had a good visit to Neumanns, and all were nice and smiling. but they might have been too busy. the concept is strong and the food is excellent. I recommend this hotel.

Our hotel concierge recommended neumann’s and we were not disappointed. it is a small bistro that is accessible from the atlantic hotel to the foot. we wanted to eat German and chose the weiner schnitzel and a mixed cold / sausage plate. I asked that the meat plate was gluten-free and they came after me, and both of them were excellent. the atmosphere was very rustic; the service attentive. overall we enjoyed our dinner very much.

Eating and service are great, but it is a bit expensive. if the budget does not play a role for them and they are looking for a stylish place with high-quality eating, they recommend this place in any case.
