Old MacDonald - Hamburg

Old macdonald is what I would describe, a pub that has become known to her burger or at least claim to be. you menu read up, the best.

They cannot compare their burgers with jim block. they are better than burgerme and also other places.

You can't compare their burgers to any in Hamburg, not even with Jim Block. They are better than Burgerme and other places as well.

Good old school pub. Location is great and worthwhile to stopp for a bear. Some TV-Screens make it a Sports Bar. Service was quick and excellent. The burger are just OK. One bread type only and the quality was so so. The overall taste was nothing special . If you are a Gin fan. Will be difficult. One type (i.e. Hendricks) only.

I can 't agree with this though. Their burger was alright but nothing spectacular. Their burgers are available in three sizes; small, standard (200g and about 12 euros) and another size. I cant quite recall as I got a standard. 200g is a good portion of meat. However I got the hickory bbq burger and that bbq sauce was really lacking. I blame having lived in the US and so fair to say I was disappointed in what I hoped would have been an awesome burger. Perhaps the others are better...
