Boston Pizza - Hamilton

I tried the pasta at this restaurant tonight and absolutely loved it! The Hungry Carnivore dish was incredible and very satisfying, served with garlic bread and cheese. I also ordered the Boston Sized Burger and fries, which were juicy and delicious. The fries were crispy and golden, and the gravy was really good too. This restaurant is definitely at the top of my list for my next order in the near future!

The menu advertised free refills, but I was charged for them anyway. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the management explained that the wording on the menu was confusing and that refills were only free up to a certain point, excluding certain beverages. I only had one refill of the excluded drink. However, upon further discussion, the management promptly addressed the issue, offered an apology, and assured me that they would provide better training for their staff. I am updating my rating from 1 star to 5 stars due to the quick response and resolution.

The food and drinks were fantastic at this restaurant! The customer service was even better. We wanted to play pool but didn't have any cash and the ATM was out of order. Our wonderful server gave us two loonies from her tips so that we could play. This act of kindness truly restored our faith in humanity!

Went to Boston pizza for my nephew's 4th Birthday. I have not been to one in a few years, and after this experience I can say that they have upped there game quite a bit. I had the 4 cheese dip, buffalo cauliflower, and BBQ chicken pizza. All of which were amazing! I will definitely come back in the future. Waiting staff was also great and attentive.

I'm usually not big on chain restaurants but this one was convenient during a recent day trip to Hamilton. Service and food were good. Portions on the main were a bit small but very tasty. However the Irish coffee was tasteless and bland.
