The food was awesome as well. It was plentiful and delicious. My wife and I left...full and satisfied. Thank you
Just wanted to give a big shout out to this fabulous restaurant. With all of this COVID-19 **** going on, it was nice to be able to take my wife here for our 27th anniversary a month ago, just to relax and unwind. Then we...went again 2 weeks ago! All of the staff that we dealt with, including server Valerie and the manager Joanna, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. They were very friendly and attentive and both of our meals were hot, fresh delicious. My mouth is watering as I write this, as we’ve got another reservation for this Friday! Get off your couches and over to this Milestones before we’re back into Stage 2!
My girlfriends and I went for dinner on February 29/20 and we had the most wonderful dining experience. From starters to dessert the three of us were extremely satisfied with our food and our waitress, Tahera V. I had the mushroom soup and steak frites...with root vegetables followed by the ganache torte. The soup was delicious and nice and hot.My steak was cooked to perfection, and dessert was divine. In addition my friend has a dairy intolerance and our waitress went above and beyond to find out if entrees had dairy and to make sure she had a lovely dairy free experience. We will definitely be visiting again and we hope we’ll see Tahera as our server again. She was just lovely and so accommodating.
Upon arrival at the restaurant we were greeted by General Manager. She was full of positivity and made us come with such an infection excitement for our meal. Phoebe, our server, welcomed us immediately. We ordered our drinks that were absolutely delicious....The Caesar was fantastic and I LOVED my Cosmo! So our appetizers came. They were hot and filled with taste. The Calamari was delectable (one of us does not usually like coconut, but really found this delicious), the Spin-Dip was also great! Sad, this is where our meal turned. In about 35 minutes we had not yet received our meal. Our server stopped by this point and let us know that the kitchen was secured and that our meal soon came out. Perfectly understandable, though we thought it would be about 15, maybe 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it was half an hour. Suddenly we watch the kitchen expeditor pace back and forth with more aggressive gestures. It was obvious that something went wrong. I thought we preferred another touchpoint, or just it will be a bit, I'm so sorry that I'm doing this for all those things back into the norm. But when two dishes were on the 3rd... and everything I mean was cold. Only unacceptable! To promote, the steak was delivered so cold that the butter would not even melt it. We have noted that Phoebe, who has treated this appropriately and offered to get her manager. (At that time my own court had not arrived) When the manager came, who still treated another table with a complaint, it did not seem to collect the actual complaint. While a member on our table delivered their dissatisfaction with both dishes cold, and one (now 10 minutes when the dishes were dropped) The manager repeatedly tried to find an excuse that we are short-occupied, the things were behind us, we did our best not of our complaints to wait. Just the fact that food was cold after so long and patient waiting time. Regardless of staff, delays the best should always be hot food. While she offered to heat things. This was rejected when the third and last court arrived. Phoebe came by and I wish she had treated this interaction herself. She really set up a bar that had the wrong one. She gave a valid justification for what happened, but under no circumstances should food be released cold. She made every attempt to save the experience, and I am eternally grateful. If not for the above, I would probably have given this a 3 star with a promise to return in a time to see if things improve, but that was lost with only one manager who did not have a real empathy or property over what happened. If I hadn't written this for Pheobe, I would never have written it back. Luckily, their service will allow a return in some time.
It's pricy, but the food and service are great. Very friendly staff and the quality of the dishes surprised me. Recommended and will be safe again when in Hamilton.
