Mr Grande Pizza - Hamilton

So disappointed. I used to get a slice from Mr. Grande from time to time, about 10 years ago, when I practically worked around the corner. We recently moved to Hamilton Mountain and all I kept talking about was getting pizza from Mr. Grande. After 5 months of being up here, we ordered a pizza for delivery. Overcooked to practically being burned and super salty. I can only say that I'm super disappointed with Mr. Grande pizza.

We have been ordering from Mar Grande for many years now, honestly if you are looking to feed a crowd, they are the best band for your buck. Pizzas are very large and fairly priced, service is always on point. On this recent order, we got a pepperoni, bacon and sausage, the crust was chewy and nicely cooked, the sauce is always plenty (I typically like heavy on the sauce), cheese and topping are always good and well placed. The only feedback I would have is the pizzas tend to be on the saltier side. Overall have never had a bad pie from here and always a hit at any event. Worth a try if you are in the area.

Fantastic tasting pizza. Perfectly cooked. Not greasy. Fluffy and light but with huge flavour. We got a 24” giant circle.. and it was giant alright. Can easily feed 7 people. A little pricey but 10000% worth it

Rude service on the phone. Unacceptable to hang up on your customers.Edit: no, it was intentional. I called this afternoon to place an order. After I placed the order the man on the phone informed me it would be 1 hour and 20 minutes for the delivery. I politely asked him to hold while I asked my family if that very extended wait time was ok. He then hung up. As in, I heard him hang up the phone. Not a dropped call. Not a bad connection. Staff need to be trained in politeness and customer service. I won’t be back.

Normally I get different pizza, but today my wife bought Mr. Grande. I must say, it's called Grande for a reason, the pizza was massive, and there was 3 different types of pizza on one pizza circle. It was also pretty good, as was there dipping sauce. Now that I order from upper ottawa, I think this might be our go to pizza place.
