Please consider hiring more staff or avoid inconveniencing customers who make the effort to drive 10 minutes only to find locked doors.
The service and food at this restaurant are excellent.
The new counter staff lady is not good at her job. She has difficulty understanding English, and while it may sound discriminatory, it is not. Even my own wife and many of my employees are ESL, but you need a basic understanding of English to work in the service industry, which she lacks.
Beware of employees handling money and not changing their gloves before handling your toppings. I had to call out the employee on this occasion. Won’t be ordering from here again, through the app at least; I need to see the sandwich being made from now on.
I used to like Subway. Weird to see a chain go downhill so much. I 've been to this location many times over the years. It 's always been hit and miss. However more often miss in the last several years.Today I had the absolute worst sub in my life. The bread was terrible. The steak was terrible. The ingredients were skimpy and not very fresh. Just a terrible, terrible sub. I can 't get the gross taste out of my mouth.No more Subway.We need more Firehouse Subs. Jimmy John 's would be nice. Hell even Quiznos. But mostly we need Jersey Mike 's!
