Dunkin' - Hampton Manor

Latest order is not good and truthful, ordered a Hot Chocolate but seems not thick and has more water than flavor, no taste at all. Bad service and not recommended especially if you are ordering for your kid and family.

The food here is AMAZING! I recommend trying the bagel with cream cheese toasted! And another recommendation is the vanilla bean drink! The service here is SO good all the employees are SUPER nice and patient! I just have one goal for Dunkin' to do is to allow them/employees to decorate for the holidays like Christmas,Halloween etc! But the service and food here is amazing I would recommend!

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. If I’m sitting at the window waiting for 10 minutes for 2 fairly simple drinks, I shouldn’t be hearing the employees talk badly about customers. I should also, in my personal opinion, get actually drinkable drinks. I got Dunkin because the line for the Starbucks right across the street was too long. Should’ve known not to trust this Dunkin.

I miss old staff they were amazing and make things right. New one don't know nothing.

Dunkin’ Donuts is and always will be a favorite of mine. The strawberry frosted and the jelly donuts are the best donuts ever. The Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich is also very good. The food isn’t expensive as expected, but there is a tiny space for improvement. The coffee isn’t super good, but if I had to get it, I’d get it. The atmosphere isn’t super impressive, but I see more people use the drive thru, so it’s fine. Most Dunkin’ Donuts shops in Upstate NY are in pretty locations, but this one seems better, it’s near a traffic circle, in front of a forest, and with grass surrounding it with trees. Truly beautiful. This place is amazing. (Sorry for not taking photos, my phone was at low battery)
