Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy father-in-law had invited the family to La Forchetta in the southern city of Hannover for his birthday. The tip came from his grandson who had lived in the southern city for a while. Before the restaurant we met Ryanair with its new partner (his wife was unfortunately deceased). As he lives at an angle to the restaurant, he affirmed that La Forchetta has developed very well, and the visit is nowhere. We arrived at 6:00 by taxi. We entered the restaurant masked and sat at the table prepared for eight people. There was no contact data entry or registration via Luca. Nobody wanted to see vaccines. Three male service personnel (a standing grey-haired and two young) through the guest room, which can accommodate about 50 people. The Altkellner soon came to our table and asked for an aperitif request. There was champagne glassy. So the mother-in-law and we've ever taken one of them. Only my sister-in-law took another aperole. The others were beer drinkers. The menus were handed over with the request to hand a few copies to the back. I have the thick wine card. For dinner I ordered a bottle of shelves Nero d’avola and a glass of Pinot grigio for my mother-in-law. We have water in the blue bottles of Aqua Morelli. Our wine The water of Morelli Schwager and Neffe dispensed with an appetizer and only everyone wanted a pizza. Very good baguette in small baskets and a white fresh cheese were now on the table. We didn't think we had to bridge long waiting times. I'm pretty easy to make happy when I have fresh Italian white bread and a halfway drinkable red wine in front of me. Despite intense chewing of small bites and careful nips on red wine, it was soon necessary to postpone. Very good white bread It lasted until 18:50 until our appetizers came. I had chosen a Carpaccio di Manzo. For a long time, it was the poorest thing I've ever eaten. I think it was a location of Metro-Zehnerpack (800g). It has to get up. My plate was amazed with a few drops of oil, a few pine nuts, a mountain rocket and some Parmesan pears. If I had known that there was a waiting period of more than an hour, I would have been more vulnerable. A second bottle of red wine had to be uncorrected. Carpaccio di Manzo The appetizer of my wife was – as always – Vitello tonnato. There was a very manageable part of the only pink shimmering vein, mixed with the tuna sauce, decorated with some tomato quarters and a caperapfel. The ornaments were of course reserved for me. Vitello tonnato At 8:00 p.m., 10 minutes after my father-in-law had become a little loud, our main dinner came to my nephew's pizza. Unfortunately, this was burned, and it was made new. I'm sorry he, on whose proposal we were here, now sat more than two hours before his empty plate. I had chosen the pearl on Morchelrisotto. The meat was excellently cooked, juicy and pink. The risotto was unfortunately not done so that the rice grains had a clear raw taste in the mouth. The Klecks transparent on the plate of the painted roast sauce was delicious, but very little. Perlhuhn/Morchelrisotto The main food of my wife was 15 euros more expensive, a piece of beef fillet of a maximum of 200 g with Rahm Wesing and Roman cams. The latter was dominated by the pole day and remained largely on the plate because the again thinly distributed sauce was not sufficient to make the food triangle a little more juicy. Beef fillet with Roman cams Back at 9:00 p.m. our nephew was also finished with his delivered pizza, my wife complained about over-stressed sitting meat and thinking to our cats that are no longer used to stay alone for longer, they drummed with their fingers on the table. A dessert should therefore no longer be thought of. We asked for a taxi order and hit the exit at a book-loaded Berkel snow machine. Outside, the sixth commander waits for his deliveries. Now it was clear how these completely undisciplined waiting times arise. Deliveryando obviously has priority over the guests present. View through the local home awaited us the always satisfied cat and the Bengale with trembling tail. When he disappeared in the dark, my wife made a Ciabatta trip with Bratwurst. I grilled something in stock the day before. The pictures of water and wine must be clicked to see them correctly.
