The last three times we've been there have always messed up our order. It seems that they are always in a hurry and manage to trade things when they hand to customers. Would not recommend!
The help was very nice. The rice and the noodles were fine, but a kind of beef I chose was terrible. And beef and broccoli weren't that great either. I won't order beef anymore. Awful.
I like Panda Express, but today's experience was unsatisfactory. We didn't just wait long, but unfortunately we saw the manager too? Esmeralda? scream at the Register staff. The young lady tried to help us complete our food, since we wait a long time for Esmerada (the manager) to register. I work in customer service, and I understand what is to work in this kind of environment, but is very unprofessional to see that the manager gets this rudeness with the employees, and is simply unacceptable. I don't want to be surrounded by this kind of behavior, especially if I'm just trying to get my food. The young lady seems almost as if she wanted to cry, I saw how angry she was from this situation, it was embarrassing and humiliating not only for the employee, but also for the customers.
Just went there and it was so slow but the more I think about it the manager , esmeralda I think her name is, kept yelling and was more like a tyrant than a leader to her coworkers. The lady that was taking my order on April 6 at around 8pm, you did a great job and I?m sorry your manager treated you in such away. Esmeralda the manager , treat your co workers better and lead them instead of bossing them around and be a leader .
