Papa's Cafe - Harker Heights

We have been fans of Papa's since its opening years ago, enjoying both the food and the service. However, ever since Regina left and new owners took over, the quality has declined significantly. We visited today and found the food to be terrible and excessively priced. Our waitress was also rude, and it took more than 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. It’s really disappointing for us, as we've been loyal customers for so long. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Save your money—the customer service and food are both lacking. It was truly a disappointing experience.

Food is decent, nothing to write home about really, they are very skimpy with their portions on certain dishes, avoid the chicken with stuffing and gravy

Terrible experience! The service was awful! The food is fantastic, but it's hard to enjoy it with such poor service. I would give it 0 stars!

I stopped by for lunch while passing through Killeen and tried the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. It was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained.
