Isabella's Pizza Subs - Harpers Ferry

I got lunch here, and ordered a chicken Cesar salad and fries with a Pepsi. The Cesar salad was fine, but i found a piece of plastic. The fries were REALLY greasy, and the food tasted average. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I could not discribe how amazing the staff was. Cole is a hardworking individual, it was already closing time and he still welcomed me in. The service was beyond exceptional! The staff in back delivered 1000% !!!! Ive been to many high scale restaurants and by far this was the best experience i had here. Colecwas hustling and had about 30 people during closing! He delivered ! And alse heard other tables say how great the service was today 6/25/2023 the atmosphere and the food was amazing! Thank you Cole and your team!! Went there due to the sign out front saying pizza by the slice because my son was hungry for pizza. Upon ordering my son asked for 2 slices of cheese. When the food came out he was literally served two slices of American cheese. We laughed and laughed. Apparently they do not sell pizza by the slice but the food was decent and the staff were good sports and laughed along. Will go again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in for lunch. You have to walk up a bucket of steps to go inside. It's definitely not handicap accessible. It was very hot inside the restaurant. The food was delicious. My friend had to go ask about her French fries. Staff forgot to cook the french fries. After getting the French fries. Had to go around to other tables for ketchup. Most the ketchup bottles were empty. Staff didn't ask if we needed anything after bringing our salads. Staff didn't check on us to see if we needed a refill. Cute little restaurant.
