Casey's - Harrisburg

Stop in a least once a week so kid can get a doughnut on the weekends. We love the breakfast burritos, pizza, biscuits and gravy! Nice coffee bar. Nothing beats a good Casey's pizza for a quick dinner. Our kid loves their bone in buffalo wings too. The staff their are always friendly.

I had an issue with my pizza order. When I reached out to see if they could deliver a replacement, they said yes but mentioned a $2 charge. After that, they changed their mind and decided not to deliver it. The manager then spoke with me. Overall, the customer service was really disappointing. It’s just a pizza, but they seemed to handle the situation poorly.

I'm here early to pick up a pizza order, and I have to say that I have been treated very poorly.

I attempted to order a pizza, but the person I spoke with suddenly stopped responding and left me on hold. Now the line is busy. Is there anyone who can assist me?

If I couldn't give a star, I would. came through busy when he just tried to get snacks and hit the street when georgia shot me all because I wanted money back. apparently too lazy to do her job. When I asked the manager if these are the actions they support, it was hard to find help and they just need someone. apparently they are not to be careful that the customer pays the bills. what a sweat of a team.
