Mcdonald's - Harrisburg

I used the drive through, it was really fast and efficient, and the manager was manning the window. It's great to see the higher ups working down with their employees. Great experience ?

Food was good, service was slow and seemed overwhelmed they messed up several peoples orders before mine, and one ladies twice.Food: 4/5

Slow service, my order always seems to be wrong. I have noticed it appears very unorganized behind the counter. This is a convenient location for me but I would not recommend going to this location if you have another option.Food: 2/5

Early staff is bad and rude. My bf and i had to start whistling before any came to the front. Breakfast steak was chewy and flavorless.

I’m kind of disappointed with McDonald’s these days. It seems that every McDonald’s that we go to their milkshake machine doesn’t work or their frappe machine is dirty or something having to do with one of the machines having to do with ice cream is not up and running. I don’t know why this is, but I know when High would go to McDonald’s back in the day everything was up and running McDonald’s never let their machine down for more than a half a day that cost them money. And as a person that does McDonald’s every day sometimes twice a day I find this very disturbing. I had to wean myself off my frappes because I was addicted to them. And with the machine only working a quarter of the time that just wasn’t satisfying my need. I have called corporate office, asking why more than half of the McDonald’s in the greater Harrisburg area have machines that aren’t running or are broken or waiting on a part. This doesn’t make any sense to me to have all these machines that are broken in these restaurants corporate office act like they didn’t have any idea what I was saying, so it fits the purpose of getting these managers some help if that’s what indeed they need. I think that the managers of these stores need to be more mindful of the customers needs and wants and either call corporate and have them get a move on with the parts that they need for machines or tell their employees to stop being lazy and clean the machines.
