Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had a pleasant experience at Zaxby's. The line moved quickly and the staff at the window was very friendly. I ordered the Zaxby's sandwich and it was delicious. I liked that the sandwich and fries came in their own packaging in a brown paper bag instead of a plastic bag. Unfortunately, I did not receive a Zax sauce with my meal, it seemed to have been forgotten. The sanitation rating was decent at 95. Just a heads up, extra sauces cost 25 cents each.
The management at this Zaxby's needs to reconsider their choices in life. There is nothing pleasant about dining here. The service is extremely slow and of poor quality. They are unable to even restock the drink machine, forcing every customer to ask the cashier for a drink. Additionally, they charge for condiments which adds to the unpleasant experience. Next time, I will choose to eat at a different restaurant.
I haven't been to this restaurant recently, but it was fantastic. Chantell took our order at the drive-thru and was the friendliest and most pleasant drive-thru worker we have ever encountered. The girl with the nose ring, who had a beautiful smile, gave us our food and was very sweet. We ordered a variety of items and everything was perfect.
Waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to give me undone boneless chicken. I’ll never go back. This place should be closed down! The supervisor Darrell did not care. He was soooooo unapologetic and asked did I want a refund?
On my amazing girlie road trip my cousin wanted to stop there and the food was not worth our wait. Chicken was so bland. Manager apologized for the long wait, (they are short staffed But that was cool she acknowledged us, having to wait. My cousin thought the chicken would have this amazing batter that was to die for, but was quickly informed the chicken is already frozen and just dropped into grease. All in all it was different but I still was enjoying myself and family.
