Worst place ever to go in the morning to get breakfast

There is no lose when visiting dunkin. Always satisfied with the products offered.

First of all I went through the drive-through and I asked a simple question and they told me to go to Starbucks in rudely rudely way. and then I want to put eight dollars on my card in the rest on cash but they refused to listen to me and they did 10 in cash and the rest of my card. they almost threw my food at me and I will not be coming back

Little snip that took my order for a medium coffee, half and half no sugar, on a 35 degree day, told me I ordered a cold/iced coffee since I didn 't say I wanted hot coffee. Then, she replaced it with a medium hot coffee that was practically white as their was more cream than coffee and said she couldn 't change it. When I wanted a full refund, she also said she could not do that and instead gave me a Dunkin ' gift card.

Always only one register working inbetween classes when they know it’s going to be busy. poor management or under staffed
