Jumbo Chinese Buffet - Hartlepool

This restaurant should be given a better rating. They offer a lunch buffet with a variety of meats, including shrimp. Skip the Chinese buffet and try their offerings instead!

We had a great time dining at this restaurant. There were many options to choose from and the dishes were delicious. I particularly enjoyed some of my favorite dishes on the menu. Even though I don't usually eat desserts, I couldn't resist trying some of the ice cream and cakes offered. I look forward to returning with my kids next time. The staff was friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience. What's not to like?

I usually don't pay much attention to stained reviews that don't seem genuine, but I decided to give this restaurant a try after reading some rave reviews. And I'm so glad I did because this buffet is hands down the best I've ever been to. I've visited a few buffet chains in the past, where I've paid around £15 for a plate of food and overpriced drinks, but here on a Saturday night, it was only £11.50 and the drinks were more affordable than at a typical pub. The food was delicious - from the crispy duck pancakes to the satay skewers, everything was top notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, clearing our plates quickly and ensuring we were well taken care of. I left feeling incredibly full and satisfied, and already can't wait to go back next week! 10/10 experience.

If all keyboard warriors were decent, they would reflect that it was actually just a coworker who got it wrong in this restaurant. the rest of the staff is beautiful, so it is so unfair to disguise all workers with the same brush. eating is really tasty, with a choice, and it is regularly refilled so that eating is always hot. for those who say that eating is expensive, I don't know where they go to eat normally, because this is all they eat and included in the price are several appetizers, main thing and desserts! if they decide to boycott this restaurant because of the actions of a coworker it is not only very unfair, but they are really gone.

Well what can I say about jumbo? Was told it wasn't that good and it had several bad reviews but me being me had to find out for myself and I'm pleased I did... it was lovely, It was a Tuesday evening so I didn't expect it to busy but did expect cold claggy food because of it... it was far from it, there was a great selection of dishes including the most seafood dishes I have ever seen. Everything was piping hot and really fresh. The staff are very friendly and attentive and not pushy at all... i will be back!!!
