Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered a large burger meal for delivery online, but it was missing from my order. The restaurant refunded me £3, even though the meal cost £18. This isn't the first time they have messed up my delivery, despite it being such a simple task to check the contents of a bag before sealing it.
McDonald's is consistent in one thing - something is always missing from the order. Today was no different with the burger missing cheese, bacon, and onion. Despite this, we still find ourselves coming back for more.
I visited this restaurant twice in one week and had a horrible experience both times. The service was extremely slow, with my food taking 30 minutes to be cooked despite there being very few customers. The staff were unprofessional, yelling out table numbers instead of bringing the food to the table. One staff member even got into a pointless argument with a customer over the price of the food, which was not worth it given the dirty and low quality of the food. The restroom was also in poor condition, with a flickering light that could trigger an epileptic fit. Overall, the staff showed a lack of care and pride in their job, making this a place I would never recommend to anyone.
This was the burger you sent to me tonight, this is now the second burger that has been sabotaged by your staff. You should be absolutely ashamed if this is the service you provide!
Just learnt through customer service that McDonald 's don 't care if your food order is arriving cold, don 't care if their fast food (it 's far from that now) or with items missing or driver 's taking your food. Company have just told me there all about taking money but don 't care about there customers. Might as well spend a bit more and go burger king or KFC. At least it 's good quality foods
