Dunkin' - Hartsdale

The coffee was quite bitter, and the cream dispenser seems to be out of calibration. It's disappointing, as this used to be my favorite spot.

Always a good place to get a cup of coffee. Staff is always friendly. I think most Dunkin Donuts at this point if they are not new need a little sprucing up.

I really appreciate how close this restaurant is to my apartment—it's just a short walk away! However, I'm occasionally disappointed that they don't always have my favorite drink, Frozen Hot Chocolate. They mention running out of the powder sometimes, which is a bit frustrating. Still, I really love this place!

This used to be my favorite Dunkin', but that's no longer the case. The coffee is frequently burnt or prepared incorrectly. The staff doesn’t seem happy, and it feels like management isn’t concerned about the decline of this location.
