China Buffet - Hartsville

When I walked in the floor was a bit sticky but we were seated quickly. We ordered our food and it came out within 10-15 min which is good time, however I felt that the place is really bland and there's no music only a tv which makes the place seem quiet and boring. But the waitress was super super nice and made sure to check up on us: when we got our food I was not disappointed it was very good and enjoyable. Overall it was really good food then only thing I would Change is the decor, and just the overall ambience of the place and another thing is for three it was 50 dollars and we didn't get the most expensive stuff. Not sure it was worth the price but I think they're still a work in progress and need money to remodel and such

We have been here for the buffet a handful of times in the past year. We will not be returning. The host/waitress didn’t speak a word to us. Literally not a single word. After a few moments of awkward silence, we told her we were there to eat the buffet and what we wanted to drink.The food is probably the worst I’ve had at a Chinese buffet, and that’s saying something. Almost everything we had was cold. I eventually just waited for them to bring out one fresh dish so I could have something hot for dinner.This review is mostly about the awful service though. Throughout our meal, we never saw the server. We actually got our own refills after sitting there empty for 15 minutes. At one point, one of the owners had to tell our waitress to come retrieve the used plates that we were piling up behind us to make space on the table. As I said before, we will not be returning.

The absolute best Chinese food within 20 miles. Owners are great hosts, and are always there to make sure everything is hot and fresh.
