Mary's Kitchen - Hartwell

A wonderful restaurant to enjoy a meal with family. The staff is beautiful and incredibly friendly.

The restaurant is quite easy to overlook—we actually missed it on our first attempt to find it. If you're looking for an authentic Southern dining experience, this is the place to go. Everything we saw on the menu looked incredible. I ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and a delicious cookie. My friend had the BBQ pork, fried okra, and green beans, and she loved every bite. They also serve breakfast, which I’m sure is amazing!

Mary's Kitchen is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food without breaking the bank.

Understaffed, had to wait to get menus, wait for someone to take the order, noticed phone orders taking priority over those from the restaurant, waited 23 mins to get meal, waited 10 mins to get check to pay for the food and finally waited in line behind 7 people to pay. Food was good but no way can we return based on lack of service.

The food selection is amazing! The price is affordable! Down home feeling! Great staff! Please don't leave without trying her sausage patty!!!
