Funbuns - Hastings

Great restaurant. Ask for the vegan menu, but I wonder if anything on the main menu can be veganised. I had the satay fried tofu Bao bun which was great, and the Szechuan fried cauliflower which was good. Very friendly staff.

Really liked Funbuns- great location, the decor was well themed and you can dine inside or out. Lots of vegan options and the food is tasty. Gutted they didn't have the cauliflower when we went- apparently it is so popular they can't keep up. Spoke to the manager (owner? and he was informed about veganism and supportive. I will def go back when next in Hastings.

With the recommendation of 2 bao bungalows and 3 shared plates between two people, the whole food was so good and the cocktails in the teapots are delicious!
