Taco Bell - Haverhill

This location is by far the worst in the area. I'm not sure why they're even open. They close before their scheduled time and frequently have no food available. I just went through the drive-thru and was informed that they only had fries. So why even stay open? This place really needs better management and more efficient staff, and they should actually have food available! If they can't provide that, they should consider closing for good. It's such a huge disappointment.

Main Street was terrible...they completely messed up my order once again. The wait was way too long, and I had to go back through the drive-thru to get my order replaced. It might be due to a lack of staff. This location seems to have ongoing issues. I've had no problems at other Taco Bells; the Plaistow, NH location is excellent.

The food is always badly made. I went there the other day and they didn't have meat for the Tacos............ The KFC side is not bad though. The Taco bell is a no no. Go to the one in Plaistow. Wish I could put a 0 star.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant! The service was incredibly slow, and they consistently messed up my order. It's hard to believe how poorly they operate—it's like they are always understaffed. Honestly, they should just close this place down; it's an embarrassment! It's almost a joke how bad it is. I waited 30 minutes in line, only to get home and discover that I had paid for ground beef, even though I don't eat red meat at all! Who is running this establishment? A year ago, I promised myself I would never return to this location, but unfortunately, I made the same mistake today!

I work here Customers don?t seem to understand that the store is under staffed at times but the employees try their best. And the thing customers don?t think about when ?having to wait? and not everyone goes to a restaurant ordering 1 singular thing youmay be waiting for 1 thing but KEEP in mind that the person in front of you probably ordered 24 tacos and a 16 pc chicken and 8sides and stuff like that doesn?t take 30 seconds to make RESPECTFULLY. so have some patience like a respectable human being.
