I wanted to collect pizza, very friendly staff. no need to mention about good pizza
I went into the restaurant and asked if they could do half of the pizza with a tomato base and the other half plain because I can't eat tomatoes. The staff member cut me off before I could finish my question and said no. When I tried to explain further, she interrupted me again and refused to accommodate my request. However, when my partner asked if they could make an entire pizza without tomato base, they surprisingly said yes. At that point, I decided to go somewhere else for pizza. It's disappointing that they couldn't make a simple adjustment for the sake of a £25 order.
I placed an order for takeaway using an app, which came to around £70. I received a confirmation email but after waiting an hour, the delivery did not arrive. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that they needed to confirm payment for cash orders, but I never received a call for this. The person on the phone first apologized and said they usually call to confirm, but then claimed they had called three times, which was not true. After a lot of back and forth, it was clear that my order had not even been started. I decided to cancel and order from Pizza Hut instead, where I got the same pizzas for £40.21 and received them in 40 minutes. This experience was a complete waste of time and I will not be ordering from them again. Additionally, the prices were too high.
Firstly they messed up my order... secondly i was sick not long after! thats twice that has happened to me now.,. i love pizza but i always get ill from the food there
