The morning staff is phenomenal!! My drinks are always right and at the point, my food is hot and delicious, and finally, they never disappointed! The night team, on the other hand, needs training and work.

Overall, this Dunkin’ Donuts is a must if you are on the go! People are very friendly and they make sure that your order is really fast! The place was very clean when I visited and should you need everything they workers are more than ready to help!

*Please, MY VISIT was on the 33RD and RT.20 LOCATION NOT HAWTHORNE. The staff was polite and friendly since they opened up the day. I just stopped there because I saw a man standing by the drive, but nothing said. I ran my care and when I passed it, I saw him sitting on the curb. I parked, went to him and asked if he was hungry. He said yes and we went in. The place is ALWAYS clean and cheerful. The man ordered a meal and it was done so fast, I barely paid. He thanked me immensely and I saw his food as I left. It looked delicious. Your regular coffee is DELICIOUS. Whoever creates this place keeps the interior and the exterior immaculate.

Had such a terrible experience. As soon as I walked in the lady in the front greeted me with an attitude asking me what I wanted , I told her I was on line to order. I asked her if they had oatmeal because I know most Dunkin? Donuts sell oatmeal and shedidn?t know what oatmeal was and then she told me no they didn?t have it so I said okay . I ordered a bagel with cream cheese ,munchkins, orange juice and water. The entire time she took my order she had the worst attitude and a stank face. When I got mybagel it wasn?t even cut in half like in most places. Very disappointed and makes me feel terrible as a customer. I?m pregnantand usually stop to get food in the morning before work, it?s safe to say I will never come back to this place .
