Avaliação da contribuiçãoI am a fan of Jimmy John's sandwiches, but the customer service at this particular location is truly awful. The behavior of some of the employees makes me feel uneasy and reluctant to return. Once you are in line, it seems like they do not want to serve you and tend to ignore any questions asked. If they do acknowledge a question, their response is always to check online for information. I am not sure if it is the management at fault for creating an unhappy work environment or some other issue, but I will be going a bit further to visit another Jimmy John's location for my sandwich fix.
The staff member at the register was very disrespectful and kept insisting that my card was declined, with a bad attitude. I believe he should be let go. On a positive note, the sandwiches were delicious. Thank you, Jimmy John’s.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. The server who took my order had his hands down his pants and then proceeded to stand dangerously close behind another employee, who I could see his sandwich. To add to the poor experience, it took nearly 15 minutes to receive my order despite there being five staff members on duty and only three customers in the restaurant. I visited on a Sunday at 4pm, so the manager may want to review security footage and address these issues. Is this the standard of service in the food industry now?
Two party packs for about $100 with pointed and got the smallest 36 inch sandwiches and was given to me in a pepper box instead of what was displayed. to complain back and the image of the sandwiches on the online menu with the one sandwich that I considered reference, and they said that the image of the sandwiches in the menu had added extra meat and were not representative for what they actually receive. totally wrong marketing! in serious, the smallest sandwiches they would ever see with a piece of meat. Maybe sweet as finger food, but not for hungry children. I thought I could offer some kind of compensation, as they even agreed that their marketing is wrong. but no offer was made. good work, jimmy john, they have lost a valuable customer. I am very smitten and will never return to jimmy john’s.
I've ordered online to this JJ's multiple times but my last 3 orders have been wrong.. meat on the base sandwich was incorrect and I've asked for extra pickles and tomatoes and when I open the sandwich there are only 3 each.. common JJ's I know you can do better
