Burger King - Hays

I have never had a worst experience in my life! I get they're new and still learning and short staffed but that's no excuse! I had 2 whoppers that were ketchup and pickle only and both had everything on them. When I went back through drive-thru to get it fixed no employee could be found and no response over intercom in drive-thru either so just had to deal with it and definitely won't be coming back!

Hard stale bun. Ordered, and was charged an extra $1.80 for cheese one one burger and they didn't even add it. This place has gone downhill the last few years. I hope I don't get sick

An awful experience today. Order was wrong. Food wasn't fresh or hot and service was way too slow. Only on car in parking lot and I was the only one in the drive thru. Pathetic!

Ordered the family bundle. Got up to the window she told me they had all of their broilers turned off and had to see what they had setting?? My chicken sandwiches were dry and old and very overdone! My Whoppers were lukewarm and the meat was very dry!! The fries were cold!!¡
