49th State Brewing Company - HEALY

This is the second time in four years that I had to stop here. We really wanted to try their new smoked libations after seeing the Smokshine at the State Fair. My friend had a smoked Old Fashion and I was out of luck in trying their smoked beer. They were out We each got to drink their Smokshine and it was delicious! I had my “usual”, Mac and cheese with crab. !! We sat around the fire and really enjoyed ourselves. I can’t wait for the chance to visit again!!

The food was delicious here!!! We had the pretzel and nachos for appetizers. We had the Baja steak salad and crab leg for dinner and crème brûlée for dessert. All of it was perfect!!!

We can not say enough good things... we were seated quickly, our food was beyond fantastic, our drinks were made to perfection, and Melissa, our server, was top notch! 20/10 Highly Recommend! My husband got the Buffalo meatloaf and raved about it! I got the Crusted Halibut and it was absolutely amazing; the fish was cooked right, the sauce was perfectly complimentary, the veggies were cooked but still had some crispness to them, and the garlic mashed were delicious. We ordered drinks and dessert and from start to finish this experience was perfection!! I'm sad this restaurant is not in MY town!! Enjoy!

We chose the beer tasting combos to try them all. Then we ordered the ones we liked the best. I can't believe this place does not have wifi! I mean we had our own dataplans, but of course this is Denali, so our data service was **** and such a place I think should afford to give their staff and customers wifi. Other than that, service was a bit rushed and hectic, it is a busy place, sure. But we have been to the 49th Brewery in Anchorage too and that was a different story in terms a service. We loved the Bus outside and inside. We only came for drinks in Healy but we have eaten in the brewery in Anchorage before and I think the food is nice.

Great ribs, beer, sandwiches. The bison meatloaf was disappointing . The burgers were good. Garden salad was just ok. Should have gotten the Caesar.
