Fiamma Pizzeria - Helotes

We ordered three pies. One was not cooked all the way- dough was still gooey. Never thought I would say this, but the pizza needed salt. We had to salt all three pies to bring out the flavor. While the sauce tastes fresh....it was over powered by oregano and again...needed salt! Also, too much cheese. Was really hoping this would be better...but I was pretty let down

The pizza at this restaurant is incredible. A woman mentioned it was one of the best pizzas she's ever had. Coming from South Jersey, where good pizza is a staple, I can confirm that this place is top-tier. I went with my son and ordered a pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, and capers, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying this place out - it's the best pizza I've had in San Antonio.

We received excellent customer service from the man at the restaurant. After taking the pizza home, we found that it was one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. I am looking forward to watching the area develop and am excited to try the brisket pizza on my next visit!

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic! All the flavors complement each other perfectly and the sauce is delicious. I typically don't enjoy tomato sauce, but this one was exceptional. Additionally, the location is convenient, being right next to Refuge, which will be opening soon. I can't wait to enjoy this pizza with a cold beer!
