Little Caesars Pizza - Helotes

Order online to pick up order in the store. I waited almost an hour for the email and app to show that the order was ready. I was parked at the front of the small stoppers and it seemed very busy and people waited for their order. I'm tired of waiting, so I went to Little Ceasers and nobody was on the front, even though people were waiting. Until someone came in and screamed, we needed help. The guy came by and when I asked if my order was ready, he immediately gave me my order. I never have an email or alarm on the app. When I asked him about it, the guy was so rude that he just delivered my order without explanation. He didn't even apologize. So I just went out. On my way home the app changed that the order was ready 5 minutes later it showed closed. I felt that the workers only delayed my order because they were super busy and although my order was ready, they simply didn't want another person to come in because it was so busy. I finished the call and for 20 minutes the phone was busy and unable to talk to a manager. It was 20 minutes later I came through and talked to a manager who finally listened to my problem and said it was an app problem. I just didn't feel that way. My order wasn't even fresh. I think twice about using the app or coming to this store. The front store worker could apologize and have treated everything differently. You need to train better how to treat customers.

I have to knock on those guys for a second? My wife wanted to get 12 pizzas? $80? And I went in when they said they were ready, was greeted with a smile? And they gave them up! What a blessing. I know this may not sound much, but if you throw a birthday party, a piece like this is perfectly in place? Thank you. Little Caesar?s! You are BIG Caesar?s in my eyes!!!

I always try to give this place chances as he's closest to me, but I'm done after today. Every time I order, I have to wait an extra hour for my stuff. Someone has to shape this place. Here I am half an hour behind my pick-up time and was not even talked about my order after standing here, the pizza portal is empty. Don't take new orders if you're so busy. No matter what time you come, this little Caesars is garbage.

This location makes good pizza, but they have NIE hot and finished pizzas and if you order online do not plan that your order is ready on time. Tryed to give him another chance and went for a hot one ready and was told it would be at least 25 minutes. Ordered from another place and had made it and earlier done for picking up. The property/management has really let this place go downhill. The whole point is FAST PIZZA.

We have never had a bad pizza at the helotes location. ! Staff is very nice and place is clean they still wear masks too in the front and back. Pizza bread and 2 liter for 10 dollars and it was nice and hot when we got home as you can see the pizza never lasts when we get home !!! I've been to some dirty little Caesars but this one is clean and friendly! This is one we like to visit ! Price is super affordable and pizza is yummy and fresh everytime we get it !!! Helotes location is definitely the place to go!!!!
