10/10. Had to be one of the best breakfast bagels I’ve ever eaten. Will be a repeat customer every time I am in town. Greeted with a smile and take out was ready in under 5 minutes. Thank you!

Young kid working the cash register in the light blue shirt needs to work back of house where he can yawn and be half asleep and disengaged away from the public eye.How he got through an interview is beyond me.There was a line of 5 people in front of me. Not once did he smile. Not once did he actively engage anyone. In fact, he was repeatedly yawning (not even covering his mouth, ew), staring off into space, and when he did speak it was like he was half asleep and in monotone.I told him my name for my order. He put down something not even close to my name, so they are calling out my order in a crowded place and no one coming up. Another worker asks him if he got the name correct and without hesitation he says yes.Luckily the lady asked me what I ordered and turns out it was my food. She says to the kid her name is Brynn. He just shrugs , doesn't apologize to me, or to his team for being a waste of space.There's no hope for these kids coming into the workforce if they are all going to be like this. AI would be more engaging and accurate. Sad!

Food was amazing- the breakfast sandwiches are always great. But this location was FILTHY. THe staff were distracted and less than helpful.
