Jack In The Box - Henderson

The food was passable, but not impressive. The person who handled the drive-thru was so unmotivated that they didn't even finish their sentence while talking. Additionally, all our food was stuffed into the pockets of the bag, and the spices we requested were missing. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

The restaurant consistently gets my orders wrong. Make sure to check your order before leaving, as I’ve noticed missing items on several occasions.

When I went to the window, it felt like I was in a zombie movie—nobody looked happy, and everyone seemed to be dragging their feet. The overall atmosphere was quite gloomy. I’m not sure what Jack needs to do to lift the spirits of his employees, but it would be great if they could find a solution quickly. I’m giving it 3 stars because I respect the young people who were working there; they’re better off doing something productive than sitting at home. Perhaps offering them some incentives could help boost their motivation at work? Just my two cents!

I ordered an breakfast meal. some two things they forgot. To be honest, I don't even think they forget, I think they might have slept. I have the car-tru and no one has said anything, so after a minute I said hello? are you open? they reacted, nice child, but sleepy. they took my order and I came into the window and I looked in and it was as if zombies were running the place. no one was happy, everyone pulled his feet. it was just a sad mood. idk, what jack has to do to make his employees happy again, but do they do it quickly for reasons of their call? I say everything in all 3 stars bc they were children working I respect like no other! better than staying at home to do nothing, but maybe some stipends to get them motivated on the business side? only my two cents

Not the best area. There are a good amount of homeless individuals in the area so generally expect a hit up for change or a cigarette and keep your windows up and car doors locked if you go inside... Petty thefts, vandalism, etc. due to the homeless situation in the areaFood: 2/5
