Jack In The Box - Henderson

It's jack in the box, everyone knows that eating here is good. who likes jack but not in the box? there is really nothing more to say because we all know that this is an obvious five stars.

Was in Vegas to drop somebody off at the airport Google said they were 24 hours unfortunately they didn't open for an extra half an hour but the staff was kind courteous and willing to help me out since I am from out of town 10 out of 10 great customer service

I love this Jack in the Box and their staff. Always nice and polite and professional, even as they’re short staffed at the moment. The gentleman at the drive thru told me he’s there 6 days a week and was still kind and in good spirits. I’m here 4 days out of the week on average and never any issues with my food or the service. Thanks.

Worst Jack I have ever experienced. They are always closed and customer service is non existent. I called before going to make sure they would be open and they said yes and I showed up within 5 minutes and they said it was closed. My wife called them about it and they said nothing they can do because they are closed. My wife asked for corporate number and guy said don't have it. My wife asked for his name and he replied with his name is Jennifer. We will never go to this unprofessional Jack again.

This is the biggest joke of a location. Manager says this is his A team outto the customers. Still waiting for 50 minutes. Seriously, Ithink I'm on a prank show!! Highly recommend closing this place down.
