Wow, this place has some of the best vegan food I ever had!

My friend often goes here, but I've never been until recently. we took a friendly group there and we all loved it. all the dishes that we are beautifully plated, especially the sushi (not getting a picture). I ordered the beef chow fun and wow reminded me of my childhood. the vegan bark was creepy, it kind of freaked me out. the overall shell was somewhat oily and the noodles on the bottom of the plate sucked more salt, so be careful of it. all my friends enjoyed their meal and even our friend, who felt allergic to nuts thanks to the transparent menu, who had eaten dishes (marked with n I will definitely go back soon and bring my family.

I have eaten both at the henderson and the Summerlin sites and they are never disappointed! her menu is somewhat eclectic what I love bc I am a very indecisive person and my demand are everywhere. my favorites are the cheese steak sandwich and her sushi!

The vegan beef banh mi is pretty delicious! I’ve never been a big fan of these types of sandwiches or found vegan versions that I enjoyed but I’m IMPRESSED! The pickled ingredients with the cilantro really creates an interesting peppery and sweet flavor! The beef was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be ordering more of these sandwiches in the future! I also got the vegan calamari. Unfortunately, I didn’t really enjoy this as much as I would have hoped. It was too salty but it did have the same texture as non vegan calamari, just a little too tough and too salty. Definitely recommend the sandwich though. Updated from previous review on 2022-07-11

The Korean BBQ Beef and Orange Chicken were delicious! They have a ton of options on their menu and the prices are fairly reasonable. The service is also top notch!
