Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe quality of hot foods has been inconsistent lately. Sometimes they are several hours old, and other times there’s nothing available. Pre-orders are seldom accurate. While management shares some responsibility, they are constrained by the limited pool of employees available. The area has one of the lowest graduation rates, which makes it challenging to find skilled help. If it weren't for nepotism, this location might have to shut down.
I went there to grab a drink, and I was a bit late mentioning that I wanted to use my rewards. The employee on the first shift was really rude to me about it. Look, if you're going to have a bad day at work, maybe this isn’t the right place for you. I didn’t do anything to deserve her rudeness. I understand that everyone has their off days, but that shouldn't affect the customers. I almost decided to take my business elsewhere! And it’s the same girl every time!
I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything went smoothly and without any issues. Although the train's entrance was blocked, another driver was able to find a different route.
The pizza is consistently excellent. The staff are usually friendly. However, the receipt printers at nearly all CASEY'S pumps need to be fixed. I'm tired of waiting in line just to get a receipt.
The restaurant itself was wonderful, but the manager could benefit from learning some basic courtesy. I tried to explain why I couldn't wear a mask at that moment, but she dismissed my concerns. I had COVID back in December, and while I generally don’t mind wearing a mask, there are days when I simply can't tolerate it due to the lasting effects of the virus. My main issue was overhearing her speak negatively about me when I came out of the restroom, not realizing I was still nearby. I confronted her about it, and when I mentioned my aunt works for corporate, she laughed until I mentioned my aunt's name. I understand that people can be rude about masks, but it would be nice if they gave others a chance to explain their situation.
