Iona Wines - Hermanus

Great place to enjoy amazing wines, enjoy the quiet surroundings and views. You could also see a fantastic oldtimer or two...... like a 1953 VW Beetle

We visited Iona last Friday (29.10.21). Loved the property and spoke to Rozy and her assistant. Excellent wines. Bringing two photos, one of the classic Cape Dutch mansion, and the other of the classic VW beetles in the wine tasting room. A joy!

Beautiful wine tasting experience with magnificent views. Karin was a pleasure to chat and went through the history of the farm and tasting with know-how.

Beautiful estate with a wine tasting costing 50ZAR. The wines (per bottle) were quite pricy for the quality so we ended up not buying anything. In the tasting room there is a small art gallery with beautiful pieces
