Panera Bread - Hermitage

Food. Ordered a salad strawberry at drive thru. Very little dressing. And mostly white center of lettuce. Head. If i ever made a salad like this to serve at my restaurant i would be fired or at least something would be done. If you would not eat it yourself do not serve it. It was very over priced 6.99 plus tax really. Never again panera

Received frozen solid fruit yogurt parfaits. Soggy crunchy toppings and unable to get the spoon thru the frozen berries. Disappointing as this was breakfast before work!

Typically a wait of 15-20 min for the drive through. More often than not I recieve the wrong order or they leave something out completely.

Rude staff. Did a RAPID PICKUP, because I didn’t want to go in. Pressed the “ I’m here “ and even called in and I still had to go in and pick my order up.

I ordered the turkey sandwich with avocado and bacon. The bacon was not edible. It looked and felt like it was raw.
