Canadian Burgers - Herstal

Very disappointed, I order at 1:30 to be sure to have it at 7:00. I received my order at 8pm, the mustard honey burger, the meat is small, lack of sauce, warm burger, the fries in general very good but there they are warm. Second menu, burger double peper, cruelly lacking sauce, it is warm as well as fries. There is a problem, or lack of staff, or poor order management or maybe both. Don't answer anything in style come and take our place we'll see what you'll do. I am a professional cook for the management and respect of orders and clients I know. It's a shame because I loved your burgers very much, but it's often not the same.

I spent 35 euros on my order, but I feel like what we received was only worth 15 euros. There were no napkins or sauces provided, the burgers were small, the fries were not good, and the portions were small. I do not recommend this restaurant, whether in Herstal or Visé, as the experience was the same at both locations. The delivery service, food quality, and overall atmosphere all received a low rating of 1.
