Mcdonald's - Hialeah

Customer service is horrible, food was cold, employees handing food without gloves long fingernail polish, wearing jewelry, a food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food. I approached to themanager to rise my concern (has a scar in his face) he said is ok to handle food in this condition I told him that's not true.In this place is a lot health code violations. Section 2-302.11 of the FDA Food Code guidelines states that fingernail polishis not allowed when working with exposed food. It also states that all food handlers must keep fingernails clean, neatlytrimmed, filed, and maintained. I just want to said even the manager doesn't know what he's doing. I'll will call the health andagriculture department to report this place. This situation happened today 11/05/22 around 7pm to 7:30pm

Too slow the service through the drive thru. I was more than 30 minutes in the snake and the line of the car didn't move. who took the drive thru order more than 10 minutes waiting time between each car.

If only 0 was option... Service was terrible, and to add to the horrible experience, called for the manager and she came out ruder!! 30 mins waiting and still haven 't gotten my 2 kids meals to this day... ?Went to another location further away because I wasn 't going to let them win!..?

The customer service from the manager and the employee “Kevin” is so terrible. Tje girl who makes the shakes says it’s chocolate and it literally water with syrup. Besides the fact that my frappe cup is broken so the whole frappe was dripping.

This McDonald's was a very nicely laid out place .... It included a PlayArea for your lil loved ones and a thoroughly cleansed bathroom. The food was exeptional but the meat was a little smelly and the food was not properly called out. Other than that it was awesome:
