I have had experience in serving and I understand that it can get very stressful and busy trying to balance all the tables, but I think it is a little extreme to leave 30 minutes between each table visit. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I will be sure to visit again.
The young man at the table was very friendly and understanding. we have to sit on the online list and instead of sitting next to us, they pulled 2 big parties ahead of us. I guess their business model is to take care of larger parties in front of a family of 4 with 2 young children. Once we finally got to our table, we waited for over 15 minutes until someone waits for us. not impressed by the service or the way this device makes business. probably not be back again
It is not often that I will write an evaluation, but jessica that I think might have been a part of the administration, extended to my family some of the best customer service I have ever received in a restaurant. our waitress travis took on where she left. the fishtacos, enchiladas and fajitas were great. we are new homeowners in flower mound and look forward to making blue goose a regular stop for ingenious eating and service.
Today I ordered grilled fishtacos on maistortillas. drilling and rice were good. tacos were so hot seasoned I ate one followed with avocado slices that I ordered on the side. I brought the others home to my man who likes heat. He wondered how I even ate! They were so hot! before covid we ate here all the time fishtaks. that was my second, and last time I'll try them.
Love the brisket tacos!!! Staff is always attentive.
