Arby's - Highland

Over 20 minutes wait for ride thru and food was average. The machine that takes money does not supply food. The young man who works had to stand outside and pay from the customers. He took it to the store and brought food back. He was very respectful and apologised for slow service. I praise him for his patience customer service despite the situation with the business.

They had their drive thru down and the computer wasn't cooperating but the ladies did a wonderful job. Thank you. Everything was delicious! You guys did great!

Service and food is always good there. I was disappointed with the advertised spicy fish sandwich during lent. I thought it was gonna be spicy breading all over but it was just a dollop of hot sauce. Not as good as commercial made it look n sound.

The food is always hot. But they only have drive -thru open and they don't fill the cheese cups all the way and charge 0.50 per 1/2 cheese cups

The old school,bank teller style drive thru was definitely unique! Never seen anything quite like it! But being only the second customer of the day,they didn't give us one of our drinks and acted annoyed when I asked for it! No straws but luckily we keep some at home for that reason! But the thing that made me SO UNHAPPY, I have not been able to go there for months, and I finally could. All I wanted was a jalapeno slider! They are so good! Got home....NO JALAPENOS!!!! Without,my dog wouldn't even eat it lol! Well he did, but still...I couldn't enjoy it! It made the rest of my day just blah starting off that when it should have been a great day after getting my license back after 13 YEARS! Will I go there again? Probably because I am a gluten for punishment but I won't be happy about it!!!!!
