Mcdonald's - Highlands Ranch

Website says they close at 1 o'clock. I'm here at 1205. I was here for 20 minutes and wait. I think they could be closed.

It was 5 in the morning and the workers there wouldn’t let me order. I was just outside the building and nobody wanted to take my order.

Ordered drinks only and ice cream . Waiting in drive up for 25 min with only two people in front of me. Wish I was lieing Person handling drive up could not understand anyone order? Not sure why some people didn't get moved to the side when ordering. .25 min is a long time. BewareAnd take a lunch when in drive up

Check your order!!!! I've been going here for two years visiting this McDonalds once every couple of weeks. I've determined that after several missed orders that it is store policy to not properly fill the order. Constant missing items, burgers, fries. Not once is the mistake in my favor. After this past visit I will not go back here, as it's clearly intentional. Bad business.

This was the WORST cheese burger I have ever had!!!! Dry, Lukewarm, no ketchup or mustard on it. I had to drink water to get it down. Whoever is running this McDonald's....you better learn how other McDonald's make their burgers. You should be embarrassed!!! I'll never go back to this location.
