Avaliação da contribuiçãoIn Hillingdon checking something out and went in with my wife . Wanted pie and chips. They did not have. Had battered sausage and chips. Very nice.
I just received my order from Churchill's through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. One fish and chips and a sausage were missing from my order, and the fish portion in the other fish and chips was extremely small and dry, not worth the £10.95 price tag. I suggest saving your money and avoiding this place. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. It used to be much better when it was Jack's. Good luck if you decide to try their fish and chips, as you may end up needing another meal due to the small portion sizes.
I visited this restaurant tonight for the last time. I was extremely disappointed with the portion of chips I received, which were very small and not very appetizing. They were soggy and some were even undercooked. At £2.99, it was definitely not worth it. The portion was so small, it couldn't even feed a small mouse. I would recommend saving your money and buying a bag of potatoes and oil to cook them in yourself for half the price. Buyers beware.
They have closed down Ruislip branch ,it is time to close Uxbridge one now. Ordered cod and chips received tiny old pancake in thick butter mix and when complained only received sorry. Do not waste your money and time on these clowns-it is time to close this circus before they scum more people.
Click and collect order for a family of four. Very simple click and collect process, easy to use website. 2 regular cod, 1 medium cod, one sausage, 3 regular chips and 2 mushy peas. Friendly welcoming staff. Food ready within allocated time slot. All very fresh and piping hot. The batter was crispy, chips were well cooked… not greasy! Tasted great… just like being by the sea! Presentation was lovely. Packaging all paper/cardboard… very aesthetically pleasing. Cannot fault it. Reasonably priced, tasty food. Next time we’ll eat in!
