Jane Bistro Bar - Hilton Head

Very disappointed with our meal. in comparison to two previous visits has the preparation of food uneven. the tacos and fried green tomaten were delicious. the shrimp app was bland with an unusual spice profile. the biggest disappointment was the garnel and the grits. The tasty geese were stacked high in a large, dry, inconspicuous ball. the garnels were hardly covered by the sauce. there was no recognizable speck or swirl. yikes, not to mention the one that disturbed us all night. I understand the difficulties that restaurants have with personal. and take the long delay between drinks, apps and entrees. and our overworked waiter. we discussed our experience with the manager who was apologetic and offered to compose dessert. eating at Jane’s has always been one of our favorite things to do in hh. we'll try again.

Jane bistro is a wonderful restaurant. the service was top notch and eating exceptional. highly recommended

Wonderful food! The garlic shrimp appetizer is incredible. All the desserts are great.
