Avaliação da contribuiçãoVisited in winter when there are no trains running, so the battlefield line parking is closed, but they can park on the track in the village and go to caffe (after the signs). they can use the side gate on the platform, although I think when the trains run, they need to pay for a platform ticket to reach the caffe. coffee and cake, baked and filled rolls. the cafe is full of railway memorabilies and victorious and a coalfire that while visiting, some inside seats and some on the platform. in any case it is worth getting in!
A nice step back into the time, how stationary and trains were and within the beautiful station is the Victorian tee room. a truly authentic environment and at the time of writing, selling away from delicacies eating and drinks. there are seats outside and tables can be reserved. the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Our art group had a nice day at the railway station and finished with great food in the teeries!. hot /cold batches, pasties, vegan choice also, coffee and delicious fresh cake, etc. all reasonable prices. I can highly recommend it! beautiful staff!
Beautiful atmosphere. the peace between trains is magical. friendly people work hard to create the experience.
