It's Greek To Me - HOLMDEL

For the first time, we have dined to Simply Greek. Beautiful location right at Rt 35 before Best Buy. We were looking for gluten-free options for the future and found a jackpot. Details can be found in the menu. Beautiful interior with appropriate Greek music and a cheerful attentive staff. One thing to know that this is a BYOB facility, so plan ahead. On the other side of Rt. 35 there is a wine shop. We started with a falafel and hummus appetizers and both were great. For dinner we ordered both kabob plates, my wife with lamb and I ordered pork. The lamb was delicious and the pigs were a nice surprise. Instead of Fritten we ordered rice with our dinner. The dishes included fresh onions and tomatoes. Everything was excellent not to say good things. Finally, we could not visit without the Baklava, which was crispy on the outside and beautiful and rich in inside. Overall a great dinner with excellent service for a reasonable price. We'll be back.

While outside our Saturday shopping stopped from a new place that finally opened 1922 Hooper Avenue, Tom's River, N.J.... Sahen down and ate several delicious slices of pizza. Kit had the Plain Deep Dish like me, but I also tried her up to Sicily. Dough, cheese and sauce were a pleasure. The crust was crispy and fluffy with the correct amount of specier on the undercarriage. It is her 2nd day open, gentle opening yesterday with Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting today. I'd predict they'll be fine. Another small company to choose and support!!!

I love this place. We have lived in the area for years and this is our way to the Greek place. No other place makes tzatziki as they do!! The owner is also so beautiful and goes beyond and beyond. Mr President.

WOW!!!! Is all I can say. Best Greek food I’ve ever had. Milton was our server and was so sweet and attentive. When we told him it was our first time here, he ended our night with complimentary dessert. This will be our new staple now that we are right around the corner from here. Wowwwwwwwww.
