If you eat their, keep your eyes open. The above is a shame as their vegan food is good. Updated from previous review on Sunday March 29, 2015 This establishment is by no means 100% vegetarian. However based on the guidelines on happycow for listing veg friendly places, I understand why someone has submitted this listing. The food offerings here could be broken down into 3 sections 1) There is a salad counter. When I took a look today there was 10 salads on offer. When I asked the gentlemen serving he advised me that 4 of these were vegan. Further the V' on the tag in this establishment means vegan'. 2) There's a hot food counter. There's clearly an abundance of meat on offer. The offerings for vegetarians are 2 soups and also the potatoes with rosemary and garlic and also the cooked veg. Excluding the meat dishes of course, all 4 of these today were labelled as vegan. 3) There are some fridges offering the likes of sandwiches and salads. As well as vegan labeling where applicable there's also some blurb about raw food. To be transparent, I always prefer places that are 100% vego (100% vegan even better). I understand though that most of the world has a different view to me. If I am looking for a place to eat as a compromise with someone who won't eat vego, places such as this seem a reasonable choice to me.
Environment: energetic, simple, casual eating: eating and drinks are characterized vegetarian and vegan, although the signs could be a little confusing without double examination with the personal. the salads are made with healthy and trendy ingredients and good portions. great for those who want to eat clean. Buddhists will find it difficult because they are not marked when they are not trained with five seasonings and service staff to know whether they contain these objects or not. the habitable chefs can help. smoothies and drinks are on the expensive side. service: self service price: medium-high
The salads are quite good, they are not all vegan, but there are clear kenn drawing. I usually like to get a small box. I tried the impossible burger, but it was pretty bland and there are better meatless burgers in hongkong.
I have a simple bagel with avocado after my my mysore class. they had more hearty protein-filled options, but that was still delicious! they season the avocado with paprika, which gives the meal a really nice kick. also appreciate the availability of a coffee-balancing combo price. their soy milk coffees are amazing. do not get the mandible milk, always – but for soy they use happy soy boy and it is incredible!
Large selection of salads for selection (up to 4 in a small box, most of which are vegan. they also have a vegan sandwich that looks great. nice to have healthier options as an oily local food. check them to ensure that it is vegan as I saw a product as vegan but included honey.
