Eating House 1849 By Roy Yamaguchi Waikiki, Oahu

The food is just okay unlike other steakhouse but we can’t blame the cook not all can cooked really good steak but that’s not a deal breaker for us.But the service and management is amazing. They are very accommodating especially our waiter Thomas and all the staffs. They even give us two complimentary birthday cakes and they always checked every table to make sure everything is taken care off. If you want a good awesome service and memorable dining experience and this is the restaurant. A big thumbs up to management and staff. Yes, we will definitely come back.

It was an amazing experience. I have never been to that expense of a restaurant where everybody was so friendly. The manager came over twice to make sure everything was OK. I had the New York strip and it was just amazing.Hats off everybody.

Valentine’s Day dinner Course menu couple of items ran out which was disappointing Food we ended up ordering was great though

Wonderful food, wonderful service. So far is my favorite Roy's restaurant.

Very nice setting considering it’s in a shopping mall. Great happy hour too.
