Simply drove from NOLA airport and wanted a quick meal. Chris on the ride thru the evening of 12/5/21 was nice and had great customer service! Please recognize him well done for a job

Nice clean apartment friendly staff! Food came quickly

Went into the Curb page stable and placed an order with app. After completion, the app said that this was not available after 9 a.m. (Frustration as this is after completion of the transaction). Try to go through the drive. After 24mins of WITING without movement I went in. Here I experienced the most unorganized administration of a McDonald's. Eating on the ground, the workers scream together, and a total lake of motivation.

One of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been to. It’s close to my place, so I get breakfast here about once a month. I usually order curbside, and this location literally does not bring out my food. The last three times, be waited 15-20 minutes while lots of cars go through the drive thru, and I’ve eventually had to walk in and ask them to give me my food. Twice, they’ve actually argued with me about my order. Bear in mind I have the actual order on my phone and have to show them this to get all of my food. One of the shift managers is very friendly and just seems short staffed. Another is argumentative and apparently can’t read an order. I never go through the drive thru, because the last time I tried that, I was stuck in line for a long time—one of those times where you see people behind you pull out. But I’d already placed an order and got stuck just car before the drive thru window, for probably 12 minutes or so. It’s probably the worst managed fast food place I’ve seen, so beware. Don’t come here in a hurry. There’s a Wendy’s just down the street that gets people on and out quickly. Edit: writing this as I just got my curbside order, actually quick, accurate, and friendly. I bumped up a star and hope they continue to improve. Last Edit: Done here. Last time. Went to drive thru with 2 cars taking up the two drive thru lanes. Did not move. Cars were pulling ahead of each other, being rude, trying to get in the lane they thought was going to move. I just pulled out after a long wait and no movement. No more benefit of the doubt to easily the worst fast food joint I’ve ever seen.

The most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been in. The Ice Tea literally had black mold on their Ice Tea dispenser. The drink station was unacceptably filthy. Dirt grime on the floors. While we were waiting for our food, I was thinking to myself, do I really want to eat their food? When my wife received our food, she told the “MANAGER” Desiree that the drink station needed some attention. Desiree the “Manager” literally walk away from my wife and did not respond at all. We then walked out with the food and checked everything. My egg McMuffin looked like they wiped up their dirty floors it. I went back in and received my money back. I asked Desiree for her name. She told me her name and was very courteous after I asked for her name because I think she knew I was going to complain to corporate and goole reviews.
