The guy working the register (James) not so much. His demeanor was very rude. He acted almost if we weren't good enough to be in the store. Tried to make conversation and he continued to be dismissive and rude. Maybe he was having a bad day? But you don't treat customers like that. The store is nice and has a wide selection of different brands. Customer service needs improvement
Terrible customer service.Decided to order a bearbrick for black Friday sale, added a couple more items because the shipping was automatically $20.After charging me full for the 4 items I ordered, they maniere) refunded the order for bearbrick and other items I wanted a week after the order for confirmed!, and only fulfilled one filler item that I did not care about with the $20 shipping charge!! $20 shipping for a $28 tee)Why not let me know ahead of time that the order wasn't going to be fulfilled so I have a choice to cancel?ANSWER: probably because they are lazy and incompetentI've shopped here and the ATL location many times and always supported them on social and ect. NOPE no more.

Store is unfair in releases . staff is also not friendly at all when answering the phone or assisting while in store .
They cancelled didn't even notify us so we made a blank trip all the way there from the other side of town on a special occasion there website says if your a no show or cancel with 24 hrs they will charge you $10 person on the reservation well i need $20 because you didn't call or notify ME within 24 hrs
