Corner Bakery Memorial - Houston

Cosy little corner bakery; the name is perfect. Several seating options are available: high stools, regular chairs, single seat cabins and double seat cabins. Many deli options, including but not limited to, sandwiches, soups and desserts. The staff is friendly and polite. I like the order. Go to the counter, order food, staff bring you food, personal buses table. After all, they didn't ask me for a tip when I checked out. That's a plus. I was in so many places that do less to serve myself, but they still drink at the checkout. It's so common these days. Anyway, I enjoyed my BBLT (extra “B” for the loads of bacon and chicken orzo soup. The Orzo soup broth was thicker than I am used in other places, but it was also hershy with carrots, chicken and large Orzo. A suggestion I would make is to stop calling the Lay bagged chips “DELI” chips. I had expected a house chip not to make a shop brand bag. Besides, my lunch was good. I like the decor and the sound is quite low (I can't stand noisy places. It is a great place to eat lunch alone or with the company. Join the reward club and get $5 from your first purchase. $10.59 (minus my $5 reward for sandwich, chips, cup of soup and a water. No! Disclaimer: I am not above the top. I am a 20% tip 99% of the time, but the unstoppable need to ask a tip before I tasted the food or before I got the service is ridiculous.

Our first opportunity to go to the Corner Bakery Cafe. found the whole experience excellent. Salad was very fresh and filled. If they were closer to Richmond, Texas would probably be a regular customer

Came for breakfast and it was delicious. Always enjoy coming to corner bakery. Everything is fresh and tasty. One of my favorite cafe spots.

Good Café Style Food I love the Cheddar and Broccoli soup. And the salads and sandwiches are also super good!! But the best of everything we order is the cinnamon roll! They only make a certain amount of them, so if they are sold out, you need to try another day. We had it once or twice with us, Bummer! Lol.
